Workshops 
OPTION A: Alba Sarraute – "Finding the Seed: Dramaturgy for Circus" A table-work workshop exploring dramaturgy before moving to staging. Through free writing, collage, and experimentation with dramatic structure, we will seek out the creative "seed" and the tension arc that underpin the entire show. An investigation to uncover the central thread of the piece before engaging the body. 

OPTION B: Manuel Álvarez Calvo – "Aerial Straps Workshop" Open to everyone, regardless of prior experience with the apparatus. We will cover discipline-specific warm-ups and a routine of exercises designed to build strength and body awareness on the straps. The session will also include tricks tailored to each participant's skill level, concluding with a cool-down.
