Schichten

To cling, to hang; to hang yourself by your hands, your armpits, your neck above your head, your feet, look at yourself, let your head hang, look around you. SCHICHTEN is a visual composition of movements, synchronous and asynchronous, which resembles at a kaleidoscopic image. Two trapeze artists, Nina Wey and Laurence Felber, and a long trapeze bar: the two performers compose a search for different paths, stop and resist – while inviting us to perceive the moment and the comedy that emerges from this almost daily movement and seems to be routine. The two artists invite you to discover their stage of work as part of La Nuit du Cirque 2023!
